TRIUMPH OVER ADDICTION

An Inspriring Story of Life Beyond Alcoholism

Incredulation - the surprised excitement when something you were dreading goes incredibly well.

What follows is my story...

At 44, faced with a life in shambles—jobless, penniless, divorced, and on the brink of suicide—I made a decision that transformed my destiny. Confronting severe alcohol addiction, I embarked on a journey of recovery, fueled by unwavering determination and a profound desire to reclaim my life—not only for my family but primarily for myself.

My story is a powerful testament to transformation from the depths of despair to a life filled with fulfillment and joy. Whether you are struggling with substance abuse or know someone who is, these pages offer a beacon of hope. Just as I was able to climb out of the well of darkness, so can you or your loved one.

Experience my remarkable comeback: join me in my descent into hell, walk beside me as I awaken to a life without alcohol, and share in the emotion as I rekindle love with my ex-wife. Cry with me on the bank of the Animas River, where, watching children wave from a passing train, I realized that the first chapter of my life had ended, and a new chapter had just begun.

Complete the journey with the most wonderful of conclusions - Redemption & Change. While admiring a drawing my now thirty-year-old son made of my wife and me twenty one years earlier, it dawned on me: our past may shape us, but it doesn't have to define our future.

My Only Goal...

In case you're new here, I want to clarify: I am not selling anything, nor am I profiting in any way from this site. My sole purpose is to offer a ray of hope to those who find themselves in situations similar to what I once faced.

Next Chapter...

No matter how our past may have shaped us, it doesn't have to define our future.
